Once the visa or travel document request has been accepted, you will receive an email formalizing the contract, which will thus become a valid, valid and binding legal transaction between the parties, so that we, as a company, become your supplier and you, our customer.

In case of visa refusal by government authorities, you will receive from us a full refund of the fees paid to the government, you will never receive a payment corresponding to our management and processing fees, remaining excluded from any other refund request.

The estimated response time for your request will be a maximum of 72 hours.

We inform you that due to the urgent and personalized nature of the requests, our company will begin to process and manage your order within a maximum of 24 hours. The applicant expressly accepts and authorizes his order which, being personalized and urgent, cannot benefit from any type of withdrawal or cancellation period.
